What’s your Returns Policy?

Unfortunately we cannot offer returns for change of mind. Original artworks are created with quality materials, presented and communicated with transparency, therefore all sales are final. Utmost care is taken with packaging and handling of each artwork. If a piece is damaged in transit, please notify us via email hello@vanessaferriggi.com.au and we will put you in touch with the assigned delivery service.

Occasionally, dependant on the situation, we can offer an exchange or refund. In this case, we require the artwork to be returned to us in the original packaging it was received in, at the customers expense.

Do you offer Free Shipping?

We offer free shipping Australia wide via Australia Post, TNT or Pack & Send, for items weighing less than 1kg. Items heavier than this will have shipping calculated at checkout. These methods will include tracking number and require a signature on delivery. The price you see on the website is inclusive of shipping and insurance.

Once the artwork is dry and ready, it will be sent within 2-3 business days. Depending on location, estimated shipping time is usually 5 business days.

*There will most likely be some delays in shipping due to Covid. Your understanding with this will be greatly appreciated.

Express postage can be organised. Please hello@vanessaferriggi.com.au promptly after purchase, if you require this to be organised.

Alternatively, artworks can be collected from my studio in Rye, 3941. We offer free local drop-off on the peninsula within 20km, for artworks under 1.6m (L) x 1m (W).

Can you Organise Framing?

All artworks, unless specified in the product description, are stretched canvas applied to a timber backing. There is no need to frame an artwork, as each piece is finished so it coordinates with the artwork. If you would like, you can organise framing after receiving the piece. Alternatively I can organise for you through my framer, at extra cost. For a quote for framing, please email hello@vanessaferriggi.com.au to discuss. Framing will add 3-4 weeks on to the delivery time, dependant on framer's availability.

Is the Artwork Subject to Copyright?

All artworks and images are the property of Vanessa Ferriggi and thus copyright. They may not be reproduced or copied without permission.
